The 10 year portion of your warranty is covered by RWC and is for the Designated Structural elements (DSE) of the home. The 1year builder portion of the warranty is covered by Harbor Homes. A warranty book can be provided upon agreement to build/buy and it will be included in the booklet at closing. The warranty book explains in detail what is covered, what is not covered and how to make a warranty request for a repair.
